Join us for a 6-week nutrition & weight management course which will give participants the skills to better manage their diet while earning Continual Professional Development (CPD) points.
Participants will learn how to identify and take control of eating patterns and behaviours to improve their nutrition. Participants will also learn what healthy eating will look like for them in line with professional guidelines which cover macro and micronutrients as well as hydration.
The sessions will be followed by a 45-minute exercise class which will get participants moving and trying various different exercises from circuit training to box-fit.
The course is supported by DTA's advanced training team with specialisms in weight management and working with long-term conditions.
