Don’t Tone Alone CIC has a consistent track record of improving the health and well being of people facing the most challenging of personal circumstances.
This has enabled us to gain insight into various health behaviours, what works well in changing health behaviours, and how to build projects to make sustainable changes to health behaviours. The result is a systematic approach to designing and delivering effective health and well-being solutions.
This approach is broken down into four key stages:
Before projects are designed, funded, and implemented, a period of conceptualisation is essential. At this stage we ask staff and potential project beneficiaries about their barriers to health and wellness. It is important to ask the right questions in order to build up a clear picture of what problems people encounter and what has already been tried and tested before.
The next stage in the process is to reduce the problems and issues down into their component elements and look at their smallest working parts. It is from this that solutions can start to be derived and built upon.
Don’t Tone Alone CIC will then look at what is needed to put the project in place to achieve the greatest possible outcomes for the intended beneficiaries. Having years experience delivering projects for specific client groups, Don’t Tone Alone CIC’s training team will be able to deliver a range of different projects and services.
Feedback and Evaluation
Don’t Tone Alone CIC designs and uses a range of different tools to measure impact and return on investment. Outcomes and learning are presented in an end of service evaluation as well as within project updates throughout the duration of any service delivery..
