Don’t Tone Alone CIC’s approach to exercise is that it should be challenging and rewarding. Through years of experience, a number of different exercise classes have been developed to maximise inclusion in exercise. There is a class for everyone ranging from those that challenge the mind and get you to focus on relaxation, to those that have you moving and challenging your body physically.
Our classes include
- Circuit Training: Using a loop of different exercises participants can get a full body workout. Sessions can range for different abilities and are offered at a discount for unpaid carers.
- Enerchi: Using exercises from Qi Gong, Tia Chi and other meditative arts, Enerchi is an online exercise class designed for relaxation and restoration. Open to people of all abilities, we invite you to breathe through mindful movements and connect with your body.
- Boxfit: Boxfit uses boxing moves to provide a whole-body workout that will reduce stress, improve your cardiovascular system, and feel confident to take on any challenge.
- Lower Back Pain: One of our specialist lower back pain instructors leads this class to help participants restore flexibility and exercise safely to reduce lower back pain.
Don’t Tone Alone CIC caters for those with long-term conditions and disabled people. We are also able to provide bespoke exercise classes on request that can focus on a particular health condition.
In addition to online exercise classes, private exercise and training sessions can also be delivered one-to-one. Individuals will usually be asked to take part in an online consultation before training commences.
